Q: Is Ghillie Suit Source a ghillie suit manufacturer?

A: We are a ghillie suit retail/e-tail store. Most of our Ghillie products are crafted by manufacturers on the west coast. To help keep shipping costs reasonable for our customer many of our products ship directly from our whosale warehouse or from the manufacturer to the customer.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: We ask that you allow 3-5 working days to process your order. Processing time includes having the orders pulled either at the warehouse or the manufacturer. It also allows for time for dye and the waterbase fire-retardant to dry/cure. After order processing, your order will ship via the shipping method you select.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii

A: Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Because the manufacturers do not ship directly to Alaska and Hawaii these orders must first be shipped to our store location and then shipped to the customer. This will result in some additional shipping time to these locations.

Q: Do you ship Internationally

A: Yes, we will fill international orders on a case by case basis. Please see our International Orders form for details.

 

Q: Is there a difference between the "Woodland" pattern from one manufacturer to another.

 

A: Yes, though the manufacturers have some patterns with the same or very similar names the patterns themselves will appear different. In some cases the different is subtle while in some cases it is more apparent. It is a good idea to double check the pattern picture with each product to make sure you receive the pattern you desire.

Q: What exactly is your Satisfaction Guarantee?

 

A: We guarantee your satisfaction with the Ghillie product as it arrives. If you are not satisfied with the product you can email us with 5 days of the products arrival to get an RMA number. You will be responsible for the return shipping as well as a 15% restocking fee on all products (Ghilliesuits brand BDU construction Ghillie Suits are made to order and can be exchanged for another size or returned with a 20% restocking fee.)
